We as officers of the Dyker Heights A.A. will be obligated to provide leadership by selecting competent managers, coaches, group leaders and any other individuals working with our youth, regardless of title. The one thought, which shall be fared most in the minds of every member, is first, last and always the good and welfare of our youth, for without them, we as an organization would not exist.
